Este ejercicio se centra en el desarrollo de la fuerza y la potencia en la parte inferior del cuerpo, incluyendo los cu\u00e1driceps, gl\u00fateos, isquiotibiales y pantorrillas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para realizar el ejercicio, el ejecutante se coloca en una posici\u00f3n de pie con los pies separados al ancho de los hombros y la barra o el landmine fijados en el suelo. A continuaci\u00f3n, se flexionan las rodillas y las caderas, descendiendo hacia abajo en una posici\u00f3n de sentadilla profunda, mientras se agarra la barra o el landmine con ambas manos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante el descenso, la barra o el landmine se mantiene en contacto con el torso, para mantener la estabilidad en la columna vertebral. Una vez que se alcanza la profundidad deseada, el ejecutante se levanta de la sentadilla, extendiendo las rodillas y las caderas mientras la barra permanece cercana al torso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de la cadena cin\u00e9tica, este ejercicio involucra una secuencia de movimientos craneal-caudal. En la fase de descenso de la sentadilla, se produce una flexi\u00f3n de las caderas, seguida de una flexi\u00f3n de las rodillas y una flexi\u00f3n de la columna vertebral. En la fase de elevaci\u00f3n, se produce una extensi\u00f3n de las rodillas y las caderas, seguida de una extensi\u00f3n de la columna vertebral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los m\u00fasculos principales involucrados en el ejercicio incluyen los cu\u00e1driceps, gl\u00fateos, isquiotibiales y pantorrillas. Los cu\u00e1driceps son los principales motores de la fase de extensi\u00f3n de la rodilla, mientras que los gl\u00fateos y los isquiotibiales son los principales motores de la fase de extensi\u00f3n de la cadera. Las pantorrillas act\u00faan como estabilizadores durante todo el movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica requerido, este ejercicio es de nivel principiante a intermedio. Se requiere una buena capacidad de flexi\u00f3n y extensi\u00f3n de cadera y rodilla, as\u00ed como una buena estabilidad en la columna vertebral. Adem\u00e1s, se requiere una buena fuerza y potencia en los cu\u00e1driceps, gl\u00fateos, isquiotibiales y pantorrillas para ejecutar correctamente el movimiento. Es recomendable que los principiantes comiencen con una carga ligera y realicen el ejercicio bajo la supervisi\u00f3n de un entrenador o instructor experimentado. Con el tiempo, pueden aumentar la carga y la intensidad del ejercicio para lograr un mayor desarrollo de la fuerza y la potencia en la parte inferior del
