El movimiento se inicia con el landmine apoyado en el suelo y la pesa colocada en el extremo de la barra, la cual se levanta desde el suelo y se coloca en posici\u00f3n vertical a un lado del cuerpo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la fase de preparaci\u00f3n, el atleta coloca el landmine en el suelo, de pie al lado de \u00e9l y agarra la barra con una sola mano, y se prepara para levantar la pesa. La t\u00e9cnica comienza con una flexi\u00f3n de rodillas y caderas, seguida de una extensi\u00f3n explosiva de piernas y cadera para impulsar la pesa hacia arriba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la barra est\u00e1 en el aire, el atleta realiza un &#8220;split&#8221; al mismo tiempo que la barra se desplaza hacia arriba, colocando una pierna hacia adelante y la otra hacia atr\u00e1s buscando estabilidad. Luego, la barra es presionada hacia arriba con la fuerza de los hombros, y se apoya sobre el brazo extendido del atleta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la realizaci\u00f3n de este ejercicio, los m\u00fasculos que trabajan de manera primaria son los del tren superior, espec\u00edficamente los deltoides, tr\u00edceps, y m\u00fasculos estabilizadores del hombro. Tambi\u00e9n participan los m\u00fasculos de las piernas, espec\u00edficamente los cu\u00e1driceps, isquiotibiales y gl\u00fateos, que son los que generan la fuerza necesaria para impulsar la barra hacia arriba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica requerido para realizar este ejercicio, se recomienda que el atleta tenga una base s\u00f3lida de fuerza, estabilidad y movilidad antes de intentar este movimiento. Idealmente, el atleta debe tener experiencia en el levantamiento de pesas y haber dominado los movimientos b\u00e1sicos de sentadilla, peso muerto y press de hombros antes de intentar este ejercicio.
