Comenzando desde una posici\u00f3n de pie con los pies separados a la altura de los hombros y el agarre de la barra en pronaci\u00f3n, el movimiento se inicia con una fase de tracci\u00f3n explosiva en la que la barra se eleva desde el suelo hasta la altura del pecho, en una posici\u00f3n de cuclillas r\u00e1pida y profunda, con la barra por encima de la cabeza y los brazos completamente extendidos. A continuaci\u00f3n, se realiza un overhead squat, bajando lentamente en una sentadilla profunda y manteniendo la barra por encima de la cabeza, antes de volver a la posici\u00f3n de pie con un movimiento explosivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos de la musculatura involucrada, este ejercicio implica un trabajo intenso de los m\u00fasculos de las piernas, especialmente los cu\u00e1driceps, gl\u00fateos, y los isquiotibiales, as\u00ed como de los m\u00fasculos de la cadera, los extensores de la espalda, los deltoides y los m\u00fasculos del trapecio. Adem\u00e1s, los m\u00fasculos del core, incluyendo los abdominales y la espalda baja, tambi\u00e9n se activan para estabilizar el cuerpo durante el movimiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n de este ejercicio requiere un alto nivel de habilidad t\u00e9cnica y coordinaci\u00f3n, ya que combina dos movimientos complejos en uno solo.
