En este movimiento se realiza un High Pull o &#8220;tir\u00f3n alto&#8221; partiendo desde la posici\u00f3n y agarre de un Hang Snatch o &#8220;arranque desde suspensi\u00f3n&#8221;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la fase inicial del High Pull, el atleta se coloca con los pies separados a la altura de las caderas, agarra la barra con las manos en pronaci\u00f3n (palmas hacia abajo) en un agarre amplio de Snatch. Flexiona ligeramente las rodillas y la cadera para adoptar una posici\u00f3n de cuclillas. A continuaci\u00f3n, extiende r\u00e1pidamente las rodillas y la cadera para generar una fuerza hacia arriba en la barra al tiempo en que eleva los hombros y los codos para buscar llevar la barra hacia la parte meduia del pecho en un movimiento r\u00e1pido y explosivo. En esta fase del movimiento, los m\u00fasculos principales involucrados son los m\u00fasculos del cu\u00e1driceps, los gl\u00fateos, los isquiotibiales, los erectores de la columna vertebral, los deltoides, los trapecios y los b\u00edceps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para ejecutar correctamente este ejercicio, se requiere un nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica avanzado debido a la alta demanda de fuerza, potencia y coordinaci\u00f3n que se necesita para realizar el movimiento de manera efectiva y segura. Antes de intentar este ejercicio, se recomienda que los atletas tengan una experiencia previa con levantamientos ol\u00edmpicos y una buena comprensi\u00f3n de la t\u00e9cnica de arranque desde suspensi\u00f3n y el High Pull. Tambi\u00e9n se debe tener una buena movilidad de la cadera y el hombro, y una fuerza adecuada en las piernas y la espalda. Como siempre, es importante que los atletas trabajen con un entrenador experimentado y que realicen una evaluaci\u00f3n adecuada de la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica antes de intentar este
