Este movimiento comienza con el atleta sosteniendo una barra con las manos en una posici\u00f3n de agarre en pronaci\u00f3n, coloc\u00e1ndose en una posici\u00f3n de cuclillas con la barra suspendida frente al cuerpo a la altura de la cintura.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La ejecuci\u00f3n del ejercicio implica una serie de movimientos complejos y coordinados que involucran diferentes grupos musculares en una secuencia espec\u00edfica. Desde una posici\u00f3n inicial de cuclillas, el atleta debe realizar una extensi\u00f3n de cadera explosiva mientras eleva la barra con un tir\u00f3n r\u00e1pido hacia el torso. Durante este movimiento, los m\u00fasculos de la espalda superior, especialmente los trapecios, romboides, deltoides y los m\u00fasculos del manguito rotador, trabajan en conjunto para iniciar la elevaci\u00f3n de la barra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Una vez que la barra alcanza la altura de la caja tor\u00e1cica, el atleta debe continuar elev\u00e1ndola mediante una r\u00e1pida elevaci\u00f3n de los codos y la mu\u00f1eca, llevando la barra hacia el cuello. En este punto, los m\u00fasculos de los hombros, como el deltoides, el supraespinoso y el infraespinoso, est\u00e1n trabajando activamente para estabilizar y controlar la barra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, el atleta debe volver a la posici\u00f3n de cuclillas para realizar una sentadilla controlada y liberar la barra al completar el ejercicio. Los m\u00fasculos de las piernas, especialmente los cu\u00e1driceps, los gl\u00fateos y los isquiotibiales, se utilizan durante la extensi\u00f3n de las piernas y las caderas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En resumen, es un movimiento complejo que involucra m\u00faltiples grupos musculares y requiere una buena t\u00e9cnica para su correcta ejecuci\u00f3n.
