Este ejercicio es muy utilizado en la preparaci\u00f3n f\u00edsica de atletas de alto rendimiento, especialmente en aquellos que compiten en deportes de halterofilia y levantamiento de pesas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El movimiento se realiza en dos fases: la primera fase es el Hang Power Snatch y la segunda fase es el Overhead Squat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la primera fase, el atleta debe colocarse de pie con los pies separados al ancho de los hombros y la barra de pesas descansando sobre los muslos en posici\u00f3n de &#8220;hang&#8221;. Desde esta posici\u00f3n, el atleta debe realizar un movimiento explosivo para levantar la barra hacia arriba, extendiendo las piernas y las caderas a medida que levanta la barra. El atleta debe luego flexionar los codos y los hombros para llevar la barra por encima de la cabeza, en posici\u00f3n de &#8220;power snatch&#8221;. Durante esta fase, los <strong>m\u00fasculos involucrados <\/strong>son principalmente los cu\u00e1driceps, los gl\u00fateos, los isquiotibiales, los trapecios, los deltoides y los m\u00fasculos de la espalda baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En la segunda fase, el atleta debe mantener la barra de pesas por encima de la cabeza, manteniendo los brazos extendidos, hasta que la barra quede detr\u00e1s de la cabeza en el plano vertical. A continuaci\u00f3n, el atleta debe realizar una sentadilla profunda con la barra de pesas en posici\u00f3n de &#8220;overhead squat&#8221;. Durante esta fase, los <strong>m\u00fasculos involucrados<\/strong> son principalmente los cu\u00e1driceps, los gl\u00fateos, los m\u00fasculos del core, los m\u00fasculos del hombro y los m\u00fasculos de la espalda baja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es importante mencionar que la t\u00e9cnica adecuada y la coordinaci\u00f3n de los movimientos son esenciales para evitar lesiones musculares y articulares en este ejercicio. Por lo tanto, se recomienda que los principiantes realicen el ejercicio con una carga m\u00e1s ligera para adquirir la t\u00e9cnica correcta y luego aumenten gradualmente la carga a medida que mejoran su fuerza y coordinaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al nivel de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica necesario para ejecutar este ejercicio, se considera que es un movimiento de nivel intermedio a avanzado. Para realizar correctamente el ejercicio se requiere de una buena movilidad articular, fuerza y coordinaci\u00f3n muscular, as\u00ed como un nivel adecuado de estabilidad y equilibrio. Es recomendable que los principiantes se sometan a una evaluaci\u00f3n de condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica y busquen la supervisi\u00f3n de un entrenador experimentado antes de intentar este
