Este ejercicio comienza con la barra en el suelo y se levanta r\u00e1pidamente hasta la altura del pecho en un solo movimiento fluido y explosivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto al movimiento en relaci\u00f3n craneal caudal, comienza con una posici\u00f3n inicial de pie detr\u00e1s de la barra, con los pies colocados a la anchura de los hombros, y las manos colocadas en pronaci\u00f3n en el agarre de la barra. El movimiento comienza con una extensi\u00f3n de cadera y rodillas para generar impulso, seguida de una r\u00e1pida extensi\u00f3n de tobillo, cadera y rodillas, lo que permite que la barra se eleve verticalmente.
