Luego, se debe inclinar el tronco hacia adelante manteniendo la espalda recta y el brazo que sostiene la banda de resistencia extendido hacia atr\u00e1s. Desde esta posici\u00f3n, se debe llevar el brazo hacia arriba y hacia atr\u00e1s, extendiendo el tr\u00edceps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este ejercicio implica la contracci\u00f3n del m\u00fasculo tr\u00edceps braquial, que se encuentra en la parte posterior del brazo y es responsable de la extensi\u00f3n del codo. Adem\u00e1s, tambi\u00e9n se involucran otros m\u00fasculos secundarios como el deltoides posterior, el redondo mayor, el dorsal ancho y el trapecio inferior, que ayudan en el movimiento de extensi\u00f3n del brazo y la estabilizaci\u00f3n del tronco.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>En cuanto a la biomec\u00e1nica, <\/strong>al inclinar el tronco hacia adelante, se reduce la acci\u00f3n del m\u00fasculo deltoideo y se enfoca m\u00e1s en el tr\u00edceps. Adem\u00e1s, la resistencia de la banda se aumenta en el punto de m\u00e1xima extensi\u00f3n, lo que aumenta la carga en el m\u00fasculo
